Chocolate Guinness Cookies with Bailey’s Frosting Recipe

This Recipe Makes 12 Cookies
The Prep Cooking Time is 20 minutes
Total Cooking Time is 13 minutes
Leaving the Total Time being 33 minutes
Here are the Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, at room temp; 1 cup brown sugar; 1 cup white sugar; ½ cup Guinness; 2 eggs; 2½ cups flour; 1 tsp. baking soda; ⅔ cup cocoa; ½ tsp. salt
Irish Buttercream Frosting:
4 cups powdered sugar; 3 Tbsp. Bailey’s Irish cream; 2 sticks unsalted butter, at room temp; 2 tbsp. milk
Preheat the Oven to 350F
Mix the butter, cream, eggs, sugar, and the Guinness into the mixer, on medium or until it becomes fluffy and light.
In another bowel, sift everything together the cocoa, salt, flour, and baking soda. Once done then add the tbsp. of sugar, egg, and the Guinness mixture. Then once again mix everything again on medium until the mixture comes together.
Once this is completed refrigerate the dough for an hour.
With a tbsp. drop a heap of dough onto the cookie sheets.
Then bake the cookies for 13 minutes
Take the cookies out of the oven and let them rest.
Place all the frosting ingredients together in a mixer. Then beat the ingredients together until it becomes fluffy and light, once completed then spread the icing across the cooled cookies.
